How does pay-to-unlock delivery work?

When you deliver a listing with an unpaid invoice, the download page shows watermarked previews of every photo and video. Full-resolution downloads stay locked behind a Pay Now button. Clients enter their card details right on the page — once the charge clears, the page refreshes and downloads unlock automatically.

Can I deliver photos without requiring payment first?

Yes. Pay-to-unlock is a per-listing toggle. You can deliver without payment for trusted clients, or require it for new ones. You can also flip it on or off at any time.

What kinds of media can Photeria deliver?

Photos, videos, 3D tours, and floor plans. Each type has its own tab on the delivery page so everything is easy to find.

Can clients download all their photos at once?

Yes. Agents can select-all or pick specific photos, then hit Download. Multi-file downloads bundle into a ZIP automatically. Single photos download as a regular file.

Is the delivery page white-labeled?

Yes. The delivery page runs on your custom domain (e.g. portal.yourbrand.com) with your logo, colors, and brand. If the listing belongs to a brokerage with its own branding, that branding applies to the delivered media. Clients never see the Photeria brand.

Can clients add my brokerage logo to downloaded photos?

Yes. If a brokerage has a logo on file, agents see a Download with logo toggle on the delivery page. When on, the logo is overlaid on every downloaded photo. Useful for branded social posts.

Can I re-deliver a listing if I make edits?

Yes. After the first delivery the button changes to Re-Deliver Listing. Use it whenever you edit photos, add new media (drone, twilight), or just need to resend the email. Each re-delivery sends a fresh email but keeps the original delivery record intact.

How are the downloaded photos sized?

Every photo is saved in multiple sizes. Clients always download the full-resolution original.

How much does Photeria delivery cost?
