What does the Photeria admin dashboard do?

It's the central control panel for a real estate photography business. Can each team member customize the dashboard?

Yes. The Customize panel lets you toggle individual widgets and drag them to change order. Layouts are saved per user, so the dashboard looks the same every time you log in on any device. Widgets you don't have permission to see (for example, revenue widgets without billing permission) are hidden automatically.

How does Photeria track job status?

Every job shows its current progress, appointment status, and payment status. You can see at a glance what's scheduled, what's been shot, and what's been paid — without asking anyone.

Does Photeria include a built-in CRM for managing my agent clients?

Can I send invoices and accept payments from the dashboard?

Yes. Every job has an Invoice card with services, packages, fees, and discount lines. Click Send Invoice to email a branded invoice, or share a public invoice link. With Stripe connected, clients can pay by card on a Stripe-hosted page, and payment status updates automatically. Cash, check, bank transfer, and other manual payments can also be recorded.

What kind of reports does Photeria generate?

Monthly KPIs for revenue, cash collected, jobs, and average order value, with month-over-month comparisons. Client KPIs for new clients, active clients, revenue per client, and outstanding balance.
